Professionalism and openness are essential for working as a team. The Network is a complex system and nothing can be taken for granted. Vigilance is needed from every member in fulfilling his or her responsibiliites and sharing the workload. Several months' work can be wiped out in a few days; accept this as the reality and don't get discouraged.

The Local Network

The local network is made up of organisations working together, communicating and exchanging information enabling community projects (cultural, social, humanitarian, economical, industrial...) to develop within a given region. These local organisations work together for the benefit of the community and form the mini local network.

The National Network

The National Network consists of the mini local networks communicating together. It enables information to be passed on to other sub-groups throughout the nation. This improves co-ordination of aid and other work and increases efficiency and speed of response in obtaining information or help.

The Projet Samuel is an important tool we have made available to serve rigourous and methodical men and women. Their professional approach excludes neither spontaneity nor flexibility. No longer looking to satisfy their own needs, their behaviour is that of mature adults, capable of communicating warmth to others; such men and women make up the Network.
