This charter applies to all members posting messages to all the forums on the Projet Samuel web site.
The administrators are not proponents of any one denomination over another, and their rôle is to protect the freedom of expression of forum participants. We welcome diversity!
However, to preserve the quality and the user-friendliness of the forum, any message or contribution found to be in any way offensive, racist, sexist, immoral, vulgar, disrespectful or representing a voluntary and obvious contradiction with the Bible could be censured (warning, suppression of parts of messages) or purely be removed. Any user who, in spite of the warnings, persists in writing such messages, could be excluded definitively.
Finally, a reminder that messages posted on this forum engage only those who post them. Despite our vigilance, all the messages cannot be read at the same time, and certain undesirable messages may remain. We thus invite the members to inform us of any message which they judge non-conform with the rules of this charter. |
Sanctions
According to the gravity of non-respect of the charter the following sanctions may be imposed:
* Censure of the message and a warning
* Temporary exclusion
* Permanent exclusion of the user
* Permanent exclusion of the IP address
Some examples of non-observance of the charter:
- Insults

- too frequent use of SMS
- Spam
- Non respect of copyright legislation (e.g. links to illegal mp3 downloads)
- Defending or criticising other religious denominations
- offensive pseudonyms
- etc. |
Anonymity
The registered members use "pseudos" to communicate on the forum. This makes it possible to preserve anonymity if the person so desires.
All members must respect the anonymity of other members.
Revealing the identity of another member without his authorization is strictly forbidden, as is revealing personal details (email, telephone, addresses...) of another member.
Style of the writing
Please write correctly and comprehensibly in English and avoid the use of SMS. Taking the time to think about what you are writing will make your comments easier to read for others. SMS is authorized within certain limits on Chat pages.
Writing entirely in capital letters is forbidden, as on the one hand it is difficult to read, and on the other hand this can be regarded as "shouting" and denote an aggressive attitude.
