The cherish/link concept ("Cherilink") continues to evolve...

A year ago we were using the word "adoption" to explain our idea of mutual support, exchange and co-development, but we were not entirely satisfied with the term.

"equality in relationship...   sharing his or her similarities and differences"

"Adoption" implied that an adult took a minor under his wing whereas we were searching for a way to express equality in relationship but with each party sharing his or her similarities and differences in order to encourage the other.
